Welcome to the 2024 Spring Academy!
Season will run March 5th - May 10th
Training 2x per week Tuesdays and Thursdays at Del Paso Manor School
Friday games April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Cost $100 for Ages 4-7
Please fill out each question completely for us to complete the registration process, CVFC is associated with NorCal for our recreational program.
* Players will need to upload a birth certificate, passport or drivers license for us to have the player age verified with NorCal. Registration can not be completed without this information.
* All players must upload a headshot only photo during registration. This picture must be of the player facing forward, head only, no hats, no sunglasses in the picture. Failure to load a head shot only picture may result in the player not being registered in a timely matter. Parents will be notified if the picture is not acceptable and they will need to reload a new picture.
These pictures are used on the player passes and the photo must be clearly visible of the face only.
